Anybody know what is the structure outlined in the red circle? Looking at the DP, the slice of land for that structure doesn't appear on the area outlined on the map.

I believe there are a few parcels on that block that are not part of this development. That image in the DP package is probably to demonstrate that a future development would be possible on them, even if this design went forward.

With all the development in Kensington, hope we'll see a grocery store soon. While grocery is very accessible, the closest two are Safeways. A better mix like Marda Loop with a Safeway, Blush Lane, and potentially a Coop.

Maybe a grocer in 14th street? The Safeway can cover Sunnyside from 14th to Centre Street as well as into the downtown core, where is the grocer on 14th St. could cover also between 10th St. and all the way to Crowchild.
