If they clad this in brick and stone it can be saved (will probably actually fit into the community fairly well). If they use hardy board/vinyl siding/stucco this will be a flop.

Put brick on it, and it's a nice little project. I think it'll be brick on the first 4 floors, and then stucco on the top two floors.

Ya i talked to the listing agent who did the interior renders that show brick on the balcony and asked if the red parts of the building would be brick or stucco. Hasn't got back to me on that, although he said he would. But that was like a month ago haha

Not to get your hopes up but it looks like there is a sliver of brick above the white tarp on the right hand side of the building
