There has been a big push for this building on social media this morning.

This is the one from my thread - they seem to be playing fast and loose with the urban context here.

It would be great if the streets and surrounding buildings actually looked like that!
With 98% of the buyers probably in Toronto, and on top of that many of those probably new to Canada, they are taking liberties with things for sure.

Quite a few units are sold to non people across the country. Most are headquartered in Canada but, are just shells for foreign investment funds. This could be one of those buildings commonplace in Toronto that has the majority of units posted on realtor.ca for rent instead of the expected for sale

Woah, that is absolutely absurd.

Neat article to read. Some of those 1 bedroom floorplans though look like nobody thought about how to actually live in the space. Nothing like having 2 people sit on a loveseat with their necks craned at a 60⁰ angle to watch TV. Guess the Vancouver/Toronto condo trends are finally hitting Calgary. You want a condo where you can have a queen sized bed with nightstands, a kitchen table and a proper couch? Good luck. Go buy a house in the 'burbs.
