I don't think I've seen this one on here. "Il Bosco" in Windsor Park, 722 55 Ave SW. 5 storeys, 16 m, 39 units. DP2022-07624

Windsor Park has a number of apartment buildings roughly this size, but I think they've all been on 56-58 Ave, or on Elbow Drive, up to this point.

Good density builder for that area. Lots of apartments in that area and close to Chinook, even within easy walking distance. There's good potential for that area to become quite dense.
