I'm glad to see this coming and almost done, but it does really make you think about multi-family development when you look at this project from a high level. The cost and the time to build 36 units, when compared to say, building a 16 unit infill and a couple of 8 unit infills. You can really see why we're seeing hundreds of those 6-16 unit multi-family builds going up everywhere.
 
Agreed, although even with some of the projects of the 30-70 unit scale that are quicker builds, I can see the appeal of the 6-16 unit infills we are seeing built. Not a whole lot of excavation or concrete work, and they go up so quickly.
