Looks like well aged cedar to me on part of it. Will be interesting how they achieve that out of the gate. Have no idea what the other grey material is.

Thankfully MoDA will probably fill us in!

It's supposedly weathered cedar.

I always assumed it was some sort of composite or a gray version of Prodema. Weathered cedar is pretty cool.

Construction is progressing nicely. Piles are in. Main floor parkade walls and columns have been poured. Just dealing with some site de-watering but everything is on schedule!
