Wow. I wonder if they will make the January 1st closing or if it will be delayed. They are ripping on this project
It's tight but doable. Kit at Kensington which is a slightly smaller sized building was at the stage Gallery is at now, back in mid May, and 6 months later it has topped out averaging 1.6 floors a week. Going by that average, it would be roughly 7.5 months for Gallery to top out, which would put it at around June. Then they'd have 6 months to finish interior and the rest of the exterior. Things of course are going to be different between the two buildings, but it gives a rough idea.Wow. I wonder if they will make the January 1st closing or if it will be delayed. Thanks for the good info man. What do you think the condo market will look like by then? I know in toronto a lot of the projects people bought pre sale are appraising for a ton less. Leaving the buyers unable to close due to not having the funds to make up for the shortfall. Hopefully the appraisals come back the same as what we paid and not less. Could be devastating for most people. Guess thats the risk you take. I have been abit worried with the marketIt's tight but doable.
