The rendering is misleading. The small building that I understand housed a gay bar for years has been demo'd too. I don't understand how architects cannot get simply features correct in their renderings to the public, like the surrounding buildings that are and are not part of the development plan. It's either lazy or purposely misleading.

They're reconstructing the facade and painting a commemorative mural per the plans.

🤣😂🤣🤣 But yeah I am thrilled to say the least. I even wrote an article for Skyrise about it. But the owners don't want the Calgary section doing articles anymore for some reason, not since covid.
