I would think they would coordinate with Greenline construction. But who knows what its future is as well? Either way I doubt we will see construction starting anytime soon, though demolition is a strong start

The current building is being demolished right now. The building is supposed to be completley taken down by the end of the long weekend.

Truman still has an estimated completion date of about 3 years from now. The building is supposedly fully sold out, so I'd expect construction to start no later than the spring.
