Great day to be out taking photos. Got some more updates coming including some good news related ones.

Love to see this one start climbing - 8 storeys is modest, but in a city that only recently thought about building much density in a walkable urban format outside the immediate city centre, this type of development will make such a difference.

This is the type of scale that materially blurs and expands the boundary of urban Calgary into new areas, with walkable retail as a core component of the growth.

Fast forward a few decades and it's buildings like this that will be long forgotten individually, but make up the backbone of truly urban big city.
