That's quite the dramatic retail bay on 17th Ave for this one - it's fairly large and double-height. I wonder what they are imagining will be a tenant in there?

On a related note, I hope some more of these new developments on 17th provide a few larger retail bays, so that pubs or restaurants can move in too. Love smaller retail for sure, but some more retail availability the size of the Ship along this part of 17th would not be a bad thing. Just provides more options for potential retail partners and experience along 17th.
