Definitely a commanding street presence already! Would love to see the small retail plaza next to it on the corner of 5th St get developed next.

The base looks huge. Luckily they are done 6 floors and now the tower portion will only be about half the footprint.

Is it just me or does that look nothing like the renders? There's no cantilever in the renders and it seems like the set back above the first floor is gone. It's not like they can change the massing without resubmitting so I'm curious if maybe the renders aren't up to date or maybe I'm just looking at it wrong?

Click on the project and go to the 4th pic in the renderings section. It seems like that is the most accurate picture to what is built so far.

One thing for sure though is that the renders did not depict how large of a presence this was going to have. This thing is a behemoth.
