Flyover Block | 20m | 6s | RNDSQR | FAAS Architecture

If you’re ever around there during the evening when the sun is going down and kicking off the brick at just the right angle to create shadows you can see the worst brick installation in history.

I've noticed some shoddy brick work on commercial buildings before. I can't tell the brick pattern from the photo. Is it just uneven?

Saw it today on the flyover heading into DT and there was second screen panel up. By the time I left an hour and a half later they had 4 up. It looked like a subtle bronze. Seemed accurate to the renderings and definitely helped the overall appeal of the building.

When tenants walk onto their balconies, will they be surrounded by a bronze metal cage? Will be great for those that love the "imprisoned" vibe.

Drove past again on Sunday. Snapped a quick pic at a red light. Definitely bronze coloured. Looks true to the rendering. It went all the way to the bottom on the left hand side, which you can’t see with the old Starbucks in the way.

The mesh might not be to everyone's liking, but it'll make it an interesting point of conversation. Some will like it, and even love it, and some will dislike or hate it. I'll wait until the mesh is fully up, but I will say this, the mesh does improve it from the outside.

I don't find anything wrong with the decorative bars except for making the building look even worse. It doesn't enhance the white vinyl windows and grey panelling by filtering it through a mesh veil. It just breaks it up into triangular segments.

Spiderman needs a home too.
