Preseason is officially underway! Stoked for another season of yelling at my TV!

CSEC has made a new partnership with Molson Coors: https://www.nhl.com/flames/news/csec-molson-ignite-new-era-of-canadian-spirit
- Dutton's Canadian Lounge is being renamed: Molson Hockey House at Dutton's. It will feature a refreshed interior with modern touches.
- The mezzanine food concessions will be retrieving Molson branding (Molson Canadian Mezzanines)
- A new Molson branded bar on the west concourse at section 226 (formerly called center ice)

I don't drink, so it doesn't really effect me. As long as I can get a bottle of water for a decent price I'm happy. I just wish they had a water fountain on the concourse so you can refill your bottle like some other arenas around the league do.

Oddly enough on my two recent visits to Flames games (or not maybe they have good security) Stampede Park and 17th west of the park have been drug free.

There is also a property for sale on 17th between Macleod and the Elbow River Casino entrance on 17th/Macleod SB. It is one of those houses that more recently housed businesses. See if anything comes of that.

Hopefully the whole block of old houses gets purchased, and the houses are moved elsewhere to make way for something more substantial

Some Canucks fans were created tonight for sure. Bad game all around. Just preseason, could actually benefit from having this as your second-last preseason game versus game 1. Good wake-up call.
