The more I see this building in person the more I like it. The building looks much better in person than in photos.

Lower floors will move in before year end and upper floors will move in early 2025. The construction started in 2022 year end I think and completed in 2 years, it's fast paced !

Apart from the mullion madness on the lower level, this turned out pretty good! I like the contrast of the darkness compared to its neighbours

The building address is 730 2nd Ave Southwest. Anyone know if the building main entrance is facing 1st Ave or 2nd Ave?

I'm shopping right now and you can find some way better new built condos (in the EV) for 300K, or even less. I think they will have a hard time selling this one.

This most likely the reason. There are plenty of people who would pay an extra 100k for their preferred location.
