Good effort to implement a contemporary version of a brick low rise building. Unfortunately, the execution is off and the combination of materials will not age well. Similar to 546's Courtyard on 33rd catastrophe, I find these new age Winnipeg architecture firms are able to come up with great concepts, but the final product tends to miss the mark. Hopefully, the ground floor retail will save this one.

Some strange layouts. All the angles would drive my OCD nuts in trying to arrange furniture. Also not a fan of the unfinished industrial look they went for, however I know there's a demographic that loves it and this is definitely a good location/building to try it.

The Architecture isn't bad, it contrasts nicely with all the glass around it, and not enough new buildings use brick. The massing is decent and there is retail facing the river path. I wish the brick was more like the colour in the renders, but I'm happy with this overall...

Do they have someone to maintain the hot tubs? I would expect a lot of gross water otherwise lol.
Bought an arctic spa hot tub 3 years ago and we love love love it. Canadian made, fibreglass tub, cedar casing, salt water, monitored by an app. Lots of money but I highly recommend it. Almost zero maintenance and no chlorine odour.
