Another big game changer for the Riverwalk. The area desperately needs some type of restaurant on the ground level with a massive patio. I would be fine with a Joey or Earl's opening up as they always attract a crowd.

Absolutely. I was really hoping for Cactus Club or Joey in M2, but then they made the ground floor into a fcking warehouse. Cest la vie.
