Wow, this is moving quickly.

They are really moving - the contractor clearly knows what their doing! Water table is high in this area yet they have a handle on it. Normally this would be a swimming pool

of course the area retail depends on more than just local traffic but i hope there is continued densification as its sad to see so many empty streetfront CRUs along 4th st

There aren't really that many, and like 5 (maybe 6?) - Pure Barre, Velour, new restaurant in 20/20, new smokehouse in Wurst building, Roy's Korean Kitchen - are filling up/soon to open. I'd say 4th is one of the healthier streets right now, especially with a surprisingly lot of new stuff opening despite the pandemic.
