That marks the third project completed as part of the city's conversion incentive program. Just in time for the Stampede too!

Looks like June 26 is the opening day for the rooftop restaurant/patio. Apparently it's a Concorde Group restaurant which means it should be pretty decent. They really are on a tear these days with their expansion.
