I'm really looking forward to this project. It's unique to see such a small scale build with elevated design quality -- even more a NORR design.

I like this one a lot too. I like that it's smaller, these are the kinds of buildings that building corridors. My only real complaint is that it's not one floor taller.

Glass before the roof on a 3 storey building. Interesting. RBC must be pressing to get open in there as fast as possible. Bodes well for Theodore moving ahead.

Walked by this one on Saturday afternoon. The floors angling out is super noticeable and a cool visual look from the adjacent sidewalk. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

The rendering doesn't show the tree out in front, but the tree will be a nice fit for this building. A really nice spot to have an office, imagine having your office next to the big glass windows with a tree right next to it.
