I like that little building, has character which this is lacking. But this is great to keep the momentum going for Edmonton Trail.

I kinda like it. Between this and trail 19 only a block south, it ought to liven up this stretch of Edmonton Trail.

Not too bad. The south side and the corner is a little bland with too low of a window to cladding ratio but otherwise I like it.

The design is nothing to write home about, but there are some wins.
More density along the Edmonton Trail corridor, with retail at grade checks to important boxes and the rooftop patios look kind of cool. The scale is perfect for the area.

The extra density and retail along Edmonton Trail will be good. Most people don’t even notice the design.
