Just a half-block north of the CNIB proposal. If both of these go ahead there'll be some big changes to this corner of the neighbourhood!

It looks to be designed by Casola Koppe...who was the local architect on Dominion (Urban Agency was the lead). Which leads me to believe that Bucci decided to save a little money, and have the local guys do the new one in the same style. Hopefully it will still have the same high level of detail, and doesn't come across as a cheap knockoff. Although even so, it still looks like a step up from most residential towers these days.

If this and the CNIB go ahead, Bridgeland will be the undisputed king of the skylines outside of downtown. I'm curious if there will be any opposition, as these towers are not overly tall, and are away from the single family homes.

It’s too bad these look similar to the already built Dominion towers, but I won’t complain. They still look awesome.

Yeah that's true, it is only an LOC at the moment. I'm hoping it doesn't end up a VE version of the dominion towers, but to be honest for that location I'm okay with anything half decent.

The towers are fun. The main floor retail is bland. It's a commonplace detachment between commercial and residential in Calgary that hopefully will be addressed with further refinement.
