I've been happy with the progress of the office conversions. It's moving fast and we'll see a quick boost a residents in the downtown.

Don't frequent the area but I think they re-did the McDonalds next door to basically remove all seating, wonder if that has helped clean up the area a bit.

The McDonalds is pretty normal now. Everything is very secure now

Public realm improvements not happening at time of redevelopment is baffling to me.

They should be covered via the 8th Street streetscape I think

For a new build that replaces the sidewalks I would agree but they pretty much left the ground floor completely alone

Looks like the units are now available for immediate occupancy. I would expect there will soon be some media coverage similar to the other completed conversions under the city's incentive program so far. The unit sizes seem decent for the prices.

Ohh this one is already renting out since start of September, i know a person who moved here. They made available few units which were rented out, also they are offering electricity and internet included in rent and its cheapest out there.
