Agreed on all counts, except that I actually love the location. We need more architectural excellence outside of the core, and this will be a landmark to awe people as they drive into the core along memorial. Few cities have highrise buildings of this caliber outside of their cores, if at all.

Agree. This project is a great addition to Bridgeland. Even though Bridgeland is getting other hi rise developments, this project really elevated Bridgeland’s cachet, turning it into a nice urban, but somewhat sleepy neighbourhood into a heavy hitter.

That is super disappointing. 9th street is becoming one step above banks and mortgage brokers- fitness and daycare centres.
