I'm excited to see the upside down version. I wonder how different the lighting and views are depending if you're on one of the "thick" floors vs. a "thin" floor?

The units on the thick clad floors would be noticeably darker, especially if they are on the bottom of the tower.

I believe someone posted these renderings a while ago for the University District. Don't know what happened to this after.

Yeah if you look at the site plan on that link, that development ended up being Rhapsody.
