Too bad about Bosa, they've been one of the more solid developers. I still remember how their Axxis project was one of the first condo towers in the early 2000s, and it really kicked things off. Man was I excited about that tower, it was such a "big city" project for Calgary to get.
Yeah, it was literally the first one, the start of quite the trend. I recall West Pointe was right after that, and then the rest is a blur.
 
Looks like Mancal Group will build an apartment at the SW corner of Currie St and Dieppe Dr.

This is going to be at the SW corner of Currie St and Dieppe Dr (Block 12 Lot 1). I am confident because they use the same map as the map Colliers when they were selling these two lots.

Bosa is selling two parcels in the core of Currie at Currie St & Dieppe.

Colliers' drawing and map don't really match the lot 12 location and shape on the CFB West Master Plan (page 268). I don't know if they are re/subdividing the lots or they purposely do it to hide some information until you sign the NDA.

The original CFB West Master Plan allows up to 8 storeys with a tower up to 30 storeys. Base on what the developers have built so far, they will build up to the highest allowed heights.

Is Bosa abandoning Currie or Calgary or they just need cash or this is normal for this kind of development?

There is a new tower crane that has been erected in Currie. I couldn't tell which property from the Flanders overpass but I'm wondering if it is the last phase of that large senior's development.

Amended plans from November 10th 2025 for the U-Shaped four-story at 270 DIEPPE DR SW across Dieppe from the townhomes.

The Anthem apartment/condos are also underway near Richardson Way. So, the area is densifying around the edges, which is good because it still leaves the central portion of the Currie, south of the single-family homes, of to be whatever some developer desires. I do think the reserve military unit needs to be relocated. It would really make that whole area blank slate.
