Yeah, it was literally the first one, the start of quite the trend. I recall West Pointe was right after that, and then the rest is a blur.

Looks like Mancal Group will build an apartment at the SW corner of Currie St and Dieppe Dr.

There is a new tower crane that has been erected in Currie. I couldn't tell which property from the Flanders overpass but I'm wondering if it is the last phase of that large senior's development.
Yep, it would have to be third phase of the seniors development.

Amended plans from November 10th 2025 for the U-Shaped four-story at 270 DIEPPE DR SW across Dieppe from the townhomes.
Also Currie Street looks to be a cul-de-sac.
Amended plans from April 11th 2025 for the six-story at 4230 QUESNAY WOOD DR SW next to Veranda
Speaking of Veranda... they'd like to add an event space right next to the project above.
The Anthem apartment/condos are also underway near Richardson Way. So, the area is densifying around the edges, which is good because it still leaves the central portion of the Currie, south of the single-family homes, of to be whatever some developer desires. I do think the reserve military unit needs to be relocated. It would really make that whole area blank slate.
