Strategic likes those rooftops terraces. Their one on 16th ave has one, so does Marda.

This is probably old news, but I went past there tonight and it appears people have moved in. Quite a few suites lit with furniture inside.

Hi,
When I 1st got to Calgary 11th/12th Ave Were One Way Each. That was like
Over 40 yrs Ago; The Difference both Streets were almost like Race Streets.
Traffic was like High Speed. Saw a Few Nice Winners for Accidents over Time.
Difference Now, The City Gradually Put in Traffic Lights at Most intersections
to Slow Down Traffic. I Feel it was a Good Move.I can Go with One Way Traffic
on Both streets for Now, Yes We Can Disagree on this but Living in Calgary for
a Long Time i am Ok with what works and what Doesn't Guess its because I
Biked/Drove for a Living (Courier) so to B fair I Look at things a Lot
