The podium reminds me of Stella/Nova, which is pretty decent. Towers are okay.

Would be infinitely better if they didn't use the most boring colours imaginable. And imagine if they used something other than default alu panels!

The rendered towers are a less impressive Beltline Block and the podium is a snooze. Points to realistic renderings however, they highlight all the spandrel glass filler in the podium

Having walked around the Beltline last week when the melt was in full swing, I'm not a fan of the big protruding balconies. Recessed balconies will reduce the opportunity for dripping water and icicles falling on the sidewalk. Looks decent otherwise, much better than the piss smelling parkade that was there before!
