Not bad. The taller tower gives me "4th Street Lofts" vibes, right down to being 29 storeys. I do like that the two towers are quite different in shape rather than being twins. The podium could use a bit of work though. However, since I just assumed the project was dead, this is good news.

Clean boring boxes, with clean boring ground floor and not spammed with random colours. That's a solid start. It's almost too boxy though, almost as if it's a placeholder - perhaps I just don't believe a development will actually execute with such restraint

I was getting worried that the Co-op adjacent development machine was shutting down! Glad to see some movement here.
