That's would I would bet on. They are using Giusti wall systems, which is the same the Fifth, Harrison, 19+2 and some others. Those others were delayed once they hit the second level.

I didn't get a chance to take a photo, but I saw they added some wood frames to the second floor, it's about 1/3 done.
