78 units is a good sized number on that size of lot. My guess is it will be around 6-7 floors.

I'm not overly familiar with that area but looking around on google maps it seems to be primarily single family homes. I think the height and number of units for the area would be great but I wonder if there will be a lot of local opposition like there was for Ezra.

I hope there's isn't much opposition. IMO, the scale is reasonable. The design looks pretty normal, nothing out of the ordinary.

Virtually no opposition. Planning is recommending approval.

Nothing fancy, but these are good urban fabric builders. Another one like this at the NW corner of 10th St. and 20th Ave., and they could book in some smaller multi family projects and perhaps some row housing.

Great scale and location. Throw this thing into the duplicator and put another 100 or 200 throughout the city along neighbourhood corridors and we are all set.

You could easily put these 6-8 storey developments at numerous major intersections around the city, with slightly smaller scale 2-5 floor developments in between.

I would trade in a 50 storey condo tower for a couple dozen of these any day.
