Honestly my one big gripe with these is just the insane amount of surface visitor parking, but at least this one has above average green space and an amenity building

This is the old mobile home park. Thinking about South Hill I thought it was the one west of 24th. This is the suburbs so it is what I would expect.

After seeing Crown Surplus and Gresham, these typical elongated 6 storey wood frame buildings with the beige, white and grey panels just aren't doing it for me anymore. And yeah, too much surface parking

Surface parking is necessary in the suburbs, the vast majority of people drive. Transit and alternative modes are always an option, but the majority always choose driving.
