i dunno if that is thick enough for the huge cantilever - I see what they did now - they used a "truss" system i can see steel beams

That bottom slab is ~300mm, nowhere near thick enough to be a transfer slab, especially one that cantilevers an 8 storey structure 9m.

That is one massive building.

Massive, and very blah. The beige bottom looks pretty bad in person, and colored cladding looks cheap for the top part. She wont age well.

...glad to have it though!

Agree, the look isn't great, but this is definitely a case of function over form.
