Great scale for that corner, and looks pretty sharp as well. Especially if that is brick the whole way up.

Decent. The NE corner has sold signs up, so there should be some new development there in the future too.

I really, really like it. It's simple and as Adam said, by having a basic timeless time design it'll age well.

Almost bought a house just to the north of this project. That lot was for sale then I believe. This has been a long time coming. Great addition to the neighbourhood. I was wondering what would go up here, thankfully its not too tall and shouldn't really disrupt whoever did buy the house.

The top of the hill at Edmonton Trail is getting some good traction these days. It’s to bad it wasn’t closer to 8th ave, but this is still great to see.
