good thing about that intersection is theres no barrier to a quick tear down on the other three corners should someone care to build something decent.

697 units. South tower is 113.7m, 34 stories, West tower is 153.9m, 47 stories. The east tower is a future DP phase, so not included in this first one.

I like the towers in this rendering even better. My excitement for this project can’t get much higher.

The DP has just been submitted, so still needs review / approval. I would expect spring 2026 for construction start.

if this goes ahead the nw corner of 17th and 1st cant be far behind. that parcel needs a rec room, cinema and urban walmart. get some friggin ameneties into the beltline already.
