good thing about that intersection is theres no barrier to a quick tear down on the other three corners should someone care to build something decent.

Looks great. Would love to see some design differentiation between the towers though. We have a lot of twins, etc. already.

What a great density add. Anyone know when construction is planned to start? Hopefully this summer/fall they get things going here.

The DP has just been submitted, so still needs review / approval. I would expect spring 2026 for construction start.

if this goes ahead the nw corner of 17th and 1st cant be far behind. that parcel needs a rec room, cinema and urban walmart. get some friggin ameneties into the beltline already.
