Dang, as DJ Khaled would say, another one.
A lot of ink was spilled on here about conversions but this seems to be working on this size of building.

If this conversion goes through, I wonder if they will be able to keep Sole in the building. It's a karaoke place so doesn't bother office tenants that won't be there in the evenings... but I don't see it being compatible with housing.
