The sales centre has been going for an eternity. I did not expect this thing to actually see the light of day. Riverside could use some love, and this is at least above average I guess.

There has been construction equipment on site, and some activity. Not sure if it's actually started construction or not. We should know pretty soon.

Looks like they got carried away with the shotcrete and did the bottom of the fence as well. One thing for sure is that will be one sturdy fence!
