There's going to need to be a parkade for residents, and for the retail. They'd be smart to also aim for some type of park & ride revenue for those that want indoor monthly stalls.
Even if not justified, the city should consider selling off the park and ride but yes, if there was private park and ride parkade here, that would make it an easier sell for the city to develop the park and ride lot.Maybe if there's enough parking supply the city could justify selling off the park and ride on the other side of Crowchild
