If by Surrealplaces plan you mean the one on the previous page, then absolutely. The only thing I would do differently would be aligning 35th Ave more directly into the development.
While we’re at it let’s get rid of Walmart, and develop that section.
I would do the same. TBH, when I made that, it was a 5 minute copy and paste job, but part of me thinks I should make a nicer one with streets aligning, bike lanes etc... and send it to the city.

A main street from scratch - awesome to see.

I am curious on the math for this single block - all but a couple of houses turned over to apartments in about 5 years. About 20 houses to 200+ homes? Huge increase, right adjacent to the LRT.

Plus all the retail, it's quite a node forming.

I was going to say the same. If only we could get some development on the west side of the street. At the rate of all the development in the area it’s only a matter of time before Westbrook gets fully developed. I only hope the city isn’t stupid enough to give it to one developer like they did last time.

What a great place for the Cowboys tent, maybe they can do another deal with them?
