Based on the news article posted by @zzkwilliamcanada in the general construction thread, it looks like Liberty Housing Organization (the Truman Homes affordable housing organization) has a new project next to Heritage C-Train station:

6 storeys eliminates the possibility of combustible (vinyl) siding, so it will be hardie at least.

I think it looks decent. Good massing and what appears to be ground floor retail. Good to just see development happening around our transit stations - and, of course, it's affordable housing which is also a win.
