Went back to remind myself what those updated renders looked like... Even with a downgrade in materials I still think the design is pretty good and should not be mentioned in the same breathe as West Village. Will it be a shinny penny? No. I would've loved to see a copper version of what they put on Edmonton's Rogers Place but they're not and I've moved on to the acceptance phase in my grief.

i went out of my way to catch the suns reflection off the completed area, theres no cavalry charging over the hill unfortunately. i took a picture but deleted it as it was such a disappointment.

Has the loss of the booth/retail unit at the end of the canopy been confirmed? I don't think a revised DP has been submitted, but the latest renderins show it is no longer there.

Because I had to be reminded... this is what the end of that Canopy looks like now. When I first saw two pillars I was confused.
