It feels weird to the old BMO centre demoed, as it doesn't seem that old to me.. Although I would say it never was a great facility, kind of thrown together feel to it..

Anyone remember when it was built?

It's actually been around since 1982, but compared to the Big Four building, Grandstand, and the Corral, it feels 'new'.

I'm going to miss walking through the tunnel to get into flames games, but am excited for something new!

Speaking of flames games, they haven't been as catastrophic without the +15 as some people said it'd be. Even with the construction choking the flow at the crossing everyone gets across safely, and there's always been cops on Macleod and on the tracks to make sure people don't do anything stupid. It feels pretty good to see all the people walking down 17th after the games
