I was wondering why nothing had happened on the second floor amenity space for months, looks like the pool area was initially designed as a planter box because they are in there today tearing out some of the concrete that they had put in.

I'd be fine with ten more of these spread around the beltline. That streetfront on 12th Ave is already gorgeous and will look even better when they plant the trees!

All I wanna say is, take away the stairs (I understand they're for floods), add some variation in the heights of each section of the podium, and setback the tower just a bit more and you got yourself a 10/10 podium.
I'm giving this podium a 9/10. This is what I mean when I say sometimes towers with good podiums can work on mainstreets. Cidex take notes.

Great looking towers - BUT, I will judge the overall project depending on the tree species they choose to plant
