To me it looks like matte EIFS panels, but it might be stucco, which would be brutal. Wish it could just be brick. Fat chance in this city.
 
From the DP (Page262): The towers are constructed from a combination of silver and pewter metal panels, with clear and grey vision glass and medium grey spandrel glass. Mechanical louvres are medium grey.

The podium is constructed from a combination of light and medium grey brick, brown canopy slats with clear and grey vision glass and medium grey spandrel glass.

Silver and pewter panels, could look pretty good. One thing I like about metallic panels is they way they reflect light from the sky, giving different looks to the building depending on the sky.

Comes down to quality of the materials and the installation. Metal can go bad quickly. It's worse than stucco when it does, IMO.
 
Grocery Store? I didn't know there was a Store Going In! This will B Interesting as Co-op was Origionally on the East Belt. They Moved to Belt West. I will B Interested
