When these two towers are completed, along with the two Wellings towers, and the residential building at Stadium shopping cente, The northwest will be the quadrant with the most high risers outside of the core.

Don't forget the highrises at University District.

Only thing is, all these highrises aren't tall enough to feel like highrises.

IMO, the highrises over by Westbrook station are the only ones that give that feeling of highrises outside the core. Hopefully we start hitting the 30 storey mark outside the core, as long as the towers are well planned and designed.

In recent years we've seen Ovation at Westbrook hit the 30 floor mark and the Hub hit 28 (I think). Maybe we'll see some 30 plussers in the not too far future.
