There is an excavator on the lot to the south, so they might be gearing up to start work on Scholar soon.

The hardie panel and easy trim section that is white turned out a lot better than most. If they use brise soleils and an exterior window jamb extension I think it would really improve that portion. But it’s pretty good as is considering the materials
