I really really like it. It reminds me of the architecture you can find in Oslo and Copenhagen, which is the best in terms of modern architecture imho.

Nah.. its sharp. Multi-material buildings look so 2000-10s dated.

I wasn’t able to get a good photo, but it appears they have been clearing a lot of the equipment and supplies, so maybe construction will be soon?

Great if it is starting construction, and unbelievable how quickly it's building out. I was in UD yesterday, and it was bumping in the nice weather. The retail looks very close to fully leased. They really did an astounding job at creating a vibrant, interesting community.
