The project is still in the DP stage with multiple stakeholders. We're hoping to break ground next fall.

Covid has definitely slowed progress on this one, mostly on the client's side as they continue to fundraise and grow the business, which is not easy during a global pandemic. We're still hopeful on this one but fall is looking like a pipe dream.
Maybe this will help spur on construction of the building.
