it hasn't stayed the same for months... look at the photo updates.
Window install and deliveries have been delayed due to re-shoring needed for the heavy transfer and roof slabs
I have pictures myself from 37 and then 42(roof) only 7 weeks apart, it did slow down as they got into floor plate changes.
As they were going up the typical floors were a 6 day cycle.
There was a concrete shortage last week for the roof slab pour as well which delayed them a few days
